Architectural Design

Planning

We provide planning applications for all types of residential developments including house extensions, loft conversions, outbuildings, porches, flat conversions, new builds flats, new build houses, HMO's and children's care homes. We have an excellent success rate securing approvals in and around London and the M25. Our knowledge of the planning system including permitted development is second to none. 

Building control 

We can assist you post planning and provide building regulation drawings as well as coordinate other pre construction activities such as party wall matters, the input of structural engineers and arrange a building inspector. We can get you in a position to hand over to a builder to get your project under way. Rahul Taheem LTD have excellent knowledge of the building relations and strong connections with industry experts.
